I am trying to locate my Great-Uncle that seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. I have heard stories about him all my life but have not meet him. He had a wife and daughter that he lost in an automobile accident and, from my understading, he was in a mental institution somewhere in Philadelphia (this was the last news that I heard). Any information would be appriciated.
