not at all. you do all sorts of adventurous activities on weekends so you are bound to fall sick ; ) on Monday.
and you might do something adventurous on weekday-specially Thursday- because you are missing the weekend so much, and then also you are bound to fall sick on Friday.
its normal. not at all shamming.

a 4 day weekend 40% of the time is good...but once u hit 50% and above remember to alternate with paid time off so nobody questions ur sniffles...
