The fact that, at twelve years old, she's more mature than any one of the people decrying her role in this film, says it all. Art is art. She can handle it.

The sad thing is, early reviews on the movie are coming back pretty negative. It'd be a shame if all this hoopla came about over what turns out to be a subpar film.

It was a choice she made. She did not have to take off her clothes or allow a man to actually molest or caress her in any manner. The Rape is a matter of editing and sound. You think it happens even though you see nothing. So, if it hurts her career she chose to hurt her career and if it doesn't then she was right in her choice.
