I have a fax number that starts out +61 and then some other numbers. Is that all I have to dial to send the fax or do I need an additional prefix (country code)?

Thanks

I believe it's 011 because I have a friend in Australia and when I call her, I have to dial 011- then 61- then 2 - and then the rest of her number. She lives just outside of Sydney.

I hope this helps!

61 is the country code for Australia - dial 011, then 61 followed by the rest of the number. Should go thru.

61 is the area code for Australia, From Fiji I dial 00 (61) and then the local number in Australia. I hope this is the case everywhere, from my side it works.

All the best

you will have to have their country code and then number you are dialing, everything else works the same, it will cost as a long distance number though, so much per minute
