im 5'10 and weigh 129! hello skinny friend haha all i have to say is that the most amazing butt/hips/thighs/length/everything jeans for you and me are big stars from the buckle. they're expensive but trust me, you need a pair! and i object to the whole 'stay away from tight stuff'- wear tight stuff. period. if you can get away with it without back fat and muffin top, go for it haha! one thing though, skinny girls look better in longer shirts- tunic style. that way if your shirt comes up a little you dont have hip bones jutting out which use to be in, but now middriff is out! seriously, celebrate your skinniness. you have the most coveted body type!!

I have the same problem. Okay so here are some tips... first of all try to not wear loose fitting clothes... this results in the dreaded bag of bones look. I find it better to wear tight fitting pants rather than baggy because baggy pants make it look like you are skinnier than you really are. Also as far as shirts go, try to avoid anything that is super long. This just adds to the slender look. Tops shouldn't be too tight fittin but more or less just the right size... you know with a little give but not much. Hope this helps you and any other skinny minny out there!!

Too skinny? So many people are jealous of you! But it's hard, isn't it? It's really all about how you match shapes and textures. If you have a body conscious top, make sure to pair it with a more relaxed or voluminous pant or skirt. If you're wearing super skinny denim, pair it with a tunic-inspired top. Beware of incredibly bulky accessories.

Volume is huge right now--and the only people that can wear it are the super skinny girls like you. You might want to experiment with some of the styles. Here's my best tip: go to the high-end stores and try stuff on. See what works. Then go to the stores that fit your budget and look for the same styles.

You can also try looking for recent pics of celebs/models that have your body shape and see what they are wearing for inspiration. Don't be afraid to experiment with shoes! Have fun!

Hmm, there's some issues. First, donning horizontal stripes continuously facilitates. And if yo have a flat yet, get denims with smaller wallet. additionally, some shirts have geared up in padded bras that make your bust look larger. Get skinny denims too. Tight clothing create the phantasm which you're "thicker" and that they intensify the curves you do have.(: by skill of how, donning saggy clothing will only make you look thinner and greater twig-like.

I know what you mean. I actually had a fashion consultant for a while and she always put me in jeans and baby doll tops, dresses, knee length skirts and always had me layered up in so many clothes. they make you look thin without looking sickly. But in the end i just tried putting on weight so my clothes looked better on me.

i'm in the same boat that you're in... i just went to express the other day and they have really cute new jeans that fit me fairly well. It's their new line of designer jeans, i got a size 25. they are a tiny bit big on the backs of my legs, but yeah if you get stuff that is reallly tight on you you will look like a twig. lol it sucks i know.

579 has clothes down to a double zero. smaller teen and young adult based stores in your local mall usually have smaller sizes than most department stores. also hollister and abercrombie are mainly focused on smaller girls
