i'm a nigerians.which country can i get a free visa from,without stress?

i learnt there are countries that issues visas on presentation of passport no matter the country you originate from.i woulld like to get answers from those who know about it.pls send answers to ctrume@yahoo.com

I would suggest to go to Nigeria's U.S. Embassy. I am sure the people who work there will be able to tell you.
