I think it's to/about K-Fed and the fact that she still needs him.She said it's hard for her to move on yet so easy for him to move on, probably since her "weakness" caused him pain. obviously she cheated or lied and now feels bad about it because the break up was her fault and he is moving on while she isn't able to. That's how I interpreted the song anyway. Hope this helped. Good times

Probably nothing. There is nothing interesting going on in her head, and pop songs are written by computers anyway. Haven't you ever read 1984?
