how many months do it take for being pregnant and give birth?
my mom is only 7 months pregnant me. My friend's mom is 10 months and some are 9 months but exactly how amny months?
and what should i do to my belly? i heard from people saying that if you are pregnant, ur belly will have scratch mark after u give birth.

A pregnancy actually lasts 40 weeks which is closer to ten months. However that being said my son was born at 8 1/2 months so there blows that theory.
As for the stretch marks, some people get them and some don't. Just try to moisturize every day and that should help.

You are actually pregnant for 40 weeks. A baby can be early or even late. Your doctor will monitor you the closer you get to your due date. And the STRETCH marks are caused by your skin stretching as the baby grows. Use vitaminE oil or just a lot of lotion to help. Use the lotion ALL during your pregnancy to help the skin stay moisturized.

They have stretch marks, not scratch marks. And women get them when they're pregnant because they're tummy is stretching out to accommodate the baby.
There is no exact month, it's generally around nine, however :)

Usually nine months if the woman stays healthy,ie, not smoking or drinking or using drugs. If you apply cocoa butter everyday and stay active, your stretch marks should be none to minimal. Good luck

You really should not be 10 months pregnant its not good it means your really overdue and you should see a Dr. so they can induce labor because the longer the baby is in the womb the harder it is to push. you get stretch marks while you are pregnant.

it's about 40-42 weeks --- give or take
and they are stretch marks -- not everyone gets them -- i didn't and I have 2 kids

....every one is pregnant 9 months, some say 10, but most say 9 because the baby is only a group of cells and isnt really...attatched in the first month, or i think thats how it is. i slept during class, so im not sure.
