You may not be able to get a subscription to the non English version in America. Every country has a version but I am sure if there is a Chinese version it is severely edited and might not even be worth it.

yes there is i think. i thought i saw it when i went on vacation in taiwan over the summer. check the time website. there should be a phone number on there too.
