Anyone that looks for information is bound to eventually find something that is will hurt them. The mind is a paradox because it can know that it doesn't want to know something, establish logical probabilities about what is likely to be found, and become deflated when it establishes these probabilities as fact, though still distancing itself enough to realize that even though it may be filled with regret, it would just as easily repeat itself if given the opportunity to wipe itself clean.

Nah, who needs snooping....and if you are, you should tell yourself before you start that you are going to find things that you won't like ----it's insanity to go looking for bad things, and then REACT badly to what you find.
