Yeah; go to college. I'm 26 and still in college; and I still have one more year to go. I've met some of my closest friends in college and our age difference doesn't really matter. You can't change your past; all you can do is press on into the future with your best foot forward.

I'm 24 and just started going to college last summer. It was kind of strange at first, but there are people ranging from 17 to 50 that are students, so you wouldn't be too far out of place. As for the felony, while it might keep you out of certain places that handle critical data, you can probably explain to the employer that you've changed your life around since then, and it was a dumb mistake. You're not the first person to have broken the law, most people should be understanding. If you think you'd do well in college, go for it! Do everything you can to improve yourself and do your best.

well, i am 25 and going back to school. i feel old too, but i don't care because i want the best for me and for my family. don't worry what others think dear, this is something to better you. my grandpa loved school so much that he still took classes when he was 70. there are many people in their 30's and 40's taking classes to further their career or to start one. just be you.

as for the felony, no i don't know anyone with that situation. but, so what? strive for the best. your past may be a small road block for some jobs, but that just means it's not the job for you. just persevere and go for a better life. you deserve it. don't let anyone tell you differently.

I agree it is never too late to go back to school. Most employers should be undertanding of your past situation. Plus, if they see you've gone back to school, they'll know you mean business and want to get your life back on the right track. Also, here's another incentive; studies have shown that people with a degree earn more than people without.

Good Luck!

Try to get some help for your feelings.

It is never to late. GO to college. Do not worry about your age. Better now than when your 40.

GO do it and you will get hired. If somone sees that you have "cleaned up" your act they will hire you.

First things first though. Go to school
