I have a page which need to indicate a lot of specifications related to the product I'm selling. Should I squeeze everything in a web page? or should I create links to open a new window for the information?

It depends on what will best serve your customers' needs. If your typical customer is going to want see all those specifications, and the information is not easily subdivided, then put it in one big page. But if most customers are going to want to see some subset of the data, consider creating multiple pages, suitably organized and referenced, or using a database application to create pages tailored to customer queries.

Clutter creates confusion and suspicion....better to have links to specific questions that may arise and a search link to those questions.......conduct a survey or marketing questionnaire.
It may take time and some money..but if your product is good it will be worthwhile.

Depends, it's easier for users to want and sit and read if its in smaller parts.

But if its not a massive ammount of info gohead and put it on. Mabey placing a few pop ups (fixed sized ones) that give more info but in a small box.

Personlly i like as clean and neat as possable.
