Is the ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M a good GC for playing games?

I wanna play games like GTA:SA, doom quake 4, oblivion, prey, etc. Can it play newer games or do I need to buy a better GC.

No, it is a very very low end graphics card. You will definately need a better graphics card to play newer games.
