Yes. If a baby boy is called Jessica he will not question that it is a traditional girl's name until he is older. By that stage he will probably be called Jesse for short. Choosing to change your name to Jessica is a personal choice. It's just a name anyway. People get used to what they refer to on a regular basis. I went to school with a kid called FARTOS. Of course, any guy can have any name his parents choose for him. I'm not sure why ANY parent would name their son Jessica. It's gonna be torture for that kid while he's growing up.
