i have a cingular cu500, and i know i have the service. i got this new phone and now when i try to connect to buy ringtones or something it says Connection Failed. what do i do?

Since apparently they did not set up your internet service on the phone. You have to come the cell phone company Tech department. Call them from a landline though. Like mine, they have to tell you what numbers to put and buttons to put to get the internet.

Keep track to of what day you get it turned on. Cuz like Sprint I got my new phone on day 1 and wanted Internet or what they call the vision package. It is a 30 day free trial, but it was day 15 till I got around to first really activate it and the suckers charge me for two weeks. I had to call and tell the customer service what was going on and got a two week rebate.
