Yes I would bow to her. Guess that would be the right thing to do when meeting a queen and never show the bottom of your feet...lol

I would not put myself in a situation to meet the Queen of England. However, if bowing or curtseying has been promulgated in England as the only acceptable method to greet the Queen or King, then I shall do what is required of me. I know in my heart that I have not subjugated myself to the throne of Great Britian but have merely conducted a social act that has been preformed throughout the ages. It is done simply and quielty so as not to cause a scene. As Americans we can abide by the host countries simple request or get our of the way.

Yeah, they met (Queen of uk - no longer England). i recognize Obama has expressed his admiration for the Queen and that i'm effective that is a shared sentiment. The Queen and Michelle appeared to get alongside surprisingly properly. Edit: The Queen become no longer insulted at the same time as Michelle touched her arm. That tale become fullyyt a media creation.

probably if that is what you do when you meet the queen. I have never bowed to anyone......and the queen really isn't that exciting to me.

is there another choice of person to meet? I really don't know what i would tell her, i dont' see us having that much in common, but if there is no other choice i guess i would meet her and ask her about the history of the palace or some generic topic like that.
