ok i have diarrhea and headaches and me and my fiance just tried getting pregnant....oh and i have this weird feeling in my stomach with everything i do....could i be pregnant?

sounds more like just diarrhea symptoms to me... i wouldn't expect to have symptoms of pregnancy for atleast 2-4 weeks after conception. And some of those signs are breast tenderness.. may have nausea and throwing up... but no weird feelings in your stomach.... but you will never now if you are pregnant until you take a test..

I don't know about your symptoms, but I had symptoms within a week of getting pregnant. My symptoms were cramps and bloating, but nobody believed me, they told me "you can't have symptoms this early". Well, I guess I proved them wrong!

No, probably stress.
7 days is too early for that.
