Texas is a big state but in general there are two seasons, the hot one and the cold one... by hot I mean that it is 85+ degrees starting April/May and that temperature lasts until mid October to late October. November starts the "cold" season which is 70 degrees and below. Depends on where you will live as the panhandle gets pretty cold with snow.

There is no such a thing. The weather and the seasons are so drastic that might be different every year. The winter last year started earlier, but it wasnt as cold as compared to this year. Not to mention that the global warming has a deep impact to that too. But if you ever lived in Texas, you will know what I'm talking about.

Warm, Hot, Hotter and Burning. But since it is such a large state I would say that there are about 16 seasons in Texas, because every 300 miles something changes.

What do you mean? The same as everywhere, just that here, Spring is warm, with cool nights, getting hot days, Summer is hot with hot nights, Fall is usually hot with hot and, if you're lucky, cool-so-you-can-open-your-windows-nights, and winter cool, sometimes hot, sometimes freezing...at least it is like that in the Houston area - Southeast Texas...
