You don't need to forgive yourself, you just need to learn from them and not make the same mistakes again.

I wish you would have elaborated on your mistakes. The most important thing, as many people have said here already is that you move forward and don't repeat them. If you repeat the same mistakes, you have a problem that you need to deal with and it may take some time of talking to someone to work out how to get through it. If you hurt someone, apologize. If they don't accept it, it is no longer your burden to bear. Forgive yourself.

you don't have to forgive yourself, just know that you can become a better person by learning from your mistakes you made. Don't beat yourself up about it because everyone makes mistakes.

You can start by recognizing that everyone makes mistakes. If your mistakes have affected others, acknowledge that to them and do what it takes to correct the negative effect of your mistakes. Then assure them you have learned from it, and won't be making the same mistakes again. Good luck! : )

It's difficult, I know. First of all, work on gaining a positive self image. If that's really serious, might need counselling of some sort.

If you're religious, you can pray about it, too.

Try to keep it in mind that if you make silly mistakes, no one but yourself will even remember them 5 minutes later.

Just move on. It is that simple. Dwelling on past mistakes makes for a torturous future.
