How do I remove my user account before I sell my G3 ibook? I want to make sure that all my passwords and settings are removed before I sell my G3 ibook. Please help.

After using Secure Empty Trash on all your files (after a backup if necessary), go to Accounts in the System Preferences. Click on the padlock at bottom left and enter your password. Click on your account or any others on your computer. Then click the "–" button on the bottom of the left window to delete the accounts.

Get some software that will wipe your hard drive clean. There are probably some free ones on the Internet. Just deleting or reinstalling the OS won't clear your e-mail addresses and passwords. Or you could always just buy a new hard drive and swap them out.
