Well I think one could say you are breaking the speed of sound anytime you talk or make any noise. But I am assuming you mean a household object you can cause to move fast enough to break the speed of sound. Really there are numerous ones, a belt, a rolled towel, a length of rope. Anything longish like a whip ( I am assuming a whip is not a regular household item) that you can swing and transfer the energy to a focal point on the tip so the tip moves fast enough to break the speed of sound.
