I don't. Are you having an affair?. Forgot to use birth control? Perhaps you are religious? Did you force her to swallow.... Is your left hand jealous of your right hand? I think most people will say that they do not feel guilty after sex.

You have broke some moral code or taboo when you had sex. Therefore you feel guilty. Either you lied so that you can have sex. Or you cheated or having affair or doing it while you should not have.

If your having sex out of lust/one-night stands or having an affair or cheating. You shouldnt feel guilty about having sex with someone your in love with.
