this is a real sharp pain that I get while we are haveing sex

Yes, i am 22 weeks pregnant and often get sharp pains during sex and more commonly after sex. It helps to find a position that doesnt cause you pain because i find that deep penetration causes pain. pain after sex is normal during pregnancy too because of your muscles in your abdomen stretching and being more sensitive or just from the work out!

I seemed to have pain everywhere during sex while I was pregnant. And I was always really dry, so it would burn really bad. Needless to say, we didn't have sex that often. But it's not that bad. Now everything's back to normal. No, I never asked my doctor about it, although my boyfriend always told me I should. Nothing bad every happened. And it never affected my pregnancy.

i had pain, not necessarily in my stomach, it felt more centered behind my stomach and it was kind of crampy-like... anyway... i asked my doctor about it and she told me that it's from (get this!) germs, bacteria, and sperm from my partner's penis. she told me the only way to keep the pain away was to abstain from intercourse. she also told me that if i choose to continue having sex, that my partner wash his member really good before sex, and use the withdrawl method to prevent any bacteria and sperm from entering me...
what happens, she said, is that the bacteria and sperm is trying to go where it usually goes, but now that i'm pregnant, that space is already occupied, leaving it free to roam around the outer uterus and vaginal areas, attatching itself to the ovaries, thus causing a pain that you're not used to

i had pain but kept on or when it started to hurt more i stopped and its not bad
