When I'm feeling blue, I usually go to the gym to work off the anger or depressed feeling. It usually helps, and if not, then I work out that much harder, it gives me something to focus on. If you don't like the gym, then the library always works, it's quiet, if you go to one of the quiet rooms. Good Luck, and breathing through the situation is always good. Breathing is life!
