Well like everyone eles said it pushs your up with padding inside the bra. Most bras do have hooks and eyes in the back. I don't know what you are waring! I don't even know how old you are to be asking this kind of question!

As the name implies, it pushes up your boobs with under-wires and padding. Just a regular bra, just with a little extra inside to give more cleavage. It is gives the illusion of more breast then in reality there is inside that bra, you see. It pushes up what you do have in there. The padding and the added lift makes it appear the breasts are fuller then they really are.
