Also what color eye shadow should i buy? My pic is at www.myspace.com/georgia_gurl345 any other suggestions would be greatly appricitated... by the way i am buying make-up from avon is there anything you recomend??

I use basically the same items that you use with the exception of the eyeliner it's all Avon also. If you were you'd try the healthyboost moisturizer, I used to wear powder without it and I'd have the same problem but that helps a lot. And as far as the eyeshadow goes if you're trying to get the same depth that the eyeliner would give you try the smokey look(you can use a light color of your choosing as the base and add a darker color in the same family or a charcoal color). A way to go is to ask your rep a good one would have pointers on issues and suggestions on styles.

I recommend Affordable Mineral Makeup if you want a good and natural foundation. I have tried a few others, but they either contains small amounts of preservatives or are made up with a lot of fillers.
It brings out your natural beauty while minimizing any flaws or wrinkles. It is multi-purpose and very versatile. Affordable Mineral Makeup is micro-formulated using the highest quality minerals and botanicals; being naturally preservative and irritant-free it is also weightless and incredibly long-wearing. It does not clog pores and it has a naturally high SPF. It helps to calm and soothe irritated skin with its zinc content, and is water resistant. Providing excellent coverage.
Benefits of Affordable Mineral Makeup itself:
Each ingredient has its own special quality and purpose in the makeup.
These are the ingredients making up Affordable Mineral Makeup, pure and simple.
•Zinc Oxide is known for its healing properties in problem skin such as rosacea and acne, it has the ability to stay on even while sweating and swimming, as well as offers protection from the sun's harmful UV rays.
•Titanium Dioxide also has waterproof and SPF properties while providing a Matte look.
•Mica has some transparent properties and allows the makeup to go on smoothly.
•Iron Oxides give the makeup its pigment.

They also have 8 shades of Mineral Lip Gloss and 34 shades of eye shadow.

As for the flaky skin, I would suggest using Shea Butter Cream.
Shea Butter has many documented healing properties, with helping to strengthen Nails & Cuticles to helping heal scars, burns and blemishes, to minimizing wrinkles, just to name a few. Shea Butter melts upon skin contact to revitalize, soften and maintain moisture without leaving any greasy residue
Shea Butter is solid and comes from the natural fat obtained from the karite tree grown in West and Central Africa. Shea butter is an emollient. It is extremely therapeutic, helping to heal cracked, aged and damaged skin. Its chemical constituents help to heal bruising and soreness. Shea butter penetrates the skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. It has vitamin A, E and is highly compatible with skin.

Use Shea Butter cream rather than lotion. It is more concentrated. A good quality Shea Butter cream is a bit expensive. The one I use costs about $36.00 for 6 oz.(this includes shipping and handling), but it goes a long way. It keeps my face moisturized all day long. I apply it in the morning before I put on my makeup and at night after I cleanse my face.

Mary Kay has some great eyeliners and mascara.

Your skin may be dry to cause a flaky look....try moisturizer beneath the powder.....depends on your age, Cover girl has a new liquid makeup with light coverage and Olay moisturizer in it...works great!!!

dear, your myspace doesn`t work.
but nonetheless, i wear the basically the same makeup as you. sometimes i use eyeshadow but that`s if i have enough time before school. make sure you wash and moisturize your face before you put powder on. you should apply powder with a powder brush, not those spongey things that come with the powder. i`ve had flaky powder on my face too but then i started moisturizing before i put powder and it worked wonders.

I would recommend Bare essentials, but it is pricey. But does not look flaky on the face and get rid of the black eyeliner.

Good Luck
