Jazz Trombone Players: Help?

I'm composing a jazz trombone piece for my composition class. I need to find 2 pieces to relate it to. They need to be (obviously) pieces for solo jazz trombone with piano and bass accompaniment. I know plenty of artists/composers, I just need some song titles that I can research and relate to.

Go to Allmusic.com and search for Jimmy Knepper or J. J. Johnson. You can search for their songs after clicking on the "songs" tab..
