My boyfriend wants to name our baby Victor, which I hate. He loves it and its the only name he likes. He mostly wants to call the kid "V" so Im trying to come up with something more suitable but am having problems. Any help is appreciated!

I like the name Vance for a little boy. I think it is cute and will carry him through adulthood without sounding to child-like.

There is a driver for the Indy Racing league whose name is Vitor. It looks similar to Victor but pronounced VEE-tor. Probably just another name that your boyfriend likes, but hopefully you can work things out. Good luck!!
