use MP3. You can make MP3-CD's or just regular cds to play in your car.

mp3 makes things so much simpler because you can play it with anything on earth

aac sounds better but use that for computer or mp3 player.

just use mp3

i'd say Mp3 it is probably the best for storing and burning songs.
