Caffine during pregnancy is ok ure just limited to how much. Its recommended that u only have 2 coffees (regular size cup) or 3 cup of teas (once again regular cup size...not mugs!!) a day. If you go over that there is a chance the caffine will start affecting ure pregnancy.

Doctors recommend that during pregnancy you dont eat processed meats, soft cheeses, raw fish, under cooked meat and raw eggs

Hope this helps a little.

Eat smart and healthy while pregnant. Caffeine is ok.. one cup a day is probably the minimum. Drink lots of water. Avoid alot of fish with high levels of mercury. No feta cheese and anything unprocessed. Take your prenatal vitamins and just be careful. There are alot of websites online that give you the best advice and help you throughout your pregnancy. Goodluck

You can have anything during pregnancy except certain fish which i would just stay away from completely during pregnancy..everything else is fine and as long as its not covered in oil and grease(this can cause problems for you after the baby is born) But i eat everything from lunch meats, cheese, potatoes, cereal, eggs, ice cream, hamburgers etc..so,just eat like u normally do but just eat extra amounts of it until u are satisfied...Caffiene u are not supposed to have (this can cause problems in your pregnancy) I to 2 cups a day is probably fine but dont consume more than that...=)

you can have a small amount of caffeine a day. my dr told me either one can of diet coke or one cup of coffee or one candy bar.

I do know you're supposed to avoid the kinds of sushi made with raw fish, and fish from the Great Lakes.

oh, and try and get a lot of fiber. I remember when I was pregnant I tended to be constipated, especially later on in the pregnancy.
