LOL! OMG, yesssss...... take down, take down! It's almost february! You can leave "wintery" type decorations up but not such specific items as Christmas trees! It's the new year ! Get into it !

Yes Christmas is over and you will be able to put it up again in December. Please take lots of pics of the tree before removing everything.

i think so, christmas is over, and you'd have to keep taking care of it unless its fake but still, people will ask you why you still have it up and they'll think weird things. yeah, you know you would too if you went over to someones house this late in the year and they had their christmas tree up.
