The inmate phone service provider is Public Communications Services (PCS). This provider offers lower rates for families and friends of offenders receiving calls from Idaho Dept Of Correction facilities
Prepaid collect accounts can be set up by family and friends directly through PCS by calling the customer service number: 1-888-288-9879.
