-My girlfriend and I always have dinner with friends on Sunday. We rotate who hosts, and this time it was our turn.

I had a big dinner in the middle of the day. Roast beef w/ garlic, roast potatoes, zucchini squash with green peppers, onion & parmesan, cottage cheese, and coleslaw salad (cabbage, onion, apples, carrots & rasins)...oh, and milk & peach/mango green tea.

I had a Freschetta pizza. I don't think I spelled that right but o well. It was quite delicious for a frozen pizza. I highly recommend it.
