"If you will" is a fairly common expression. Most people develop habits or overused phrases & words they usually don't even notice unless brought to rheit attention.

Two common ones are the repeated use of "right" & "like"

Like I went to a movie w this girl right, & we got there late right. & she was like mad about it right
