Rijistafel (I dont know how you spell the food), but in english it's called a rice table. We ate it in Amsterdam at a restaurant that I dont remember the name. It was our last night in Europe after a two month backpacking adventure. The food was amazing Indonesian food that they is famous in Amsterdam. I think that I will remember it forever just because it was the perfect ending to an incredible trip.

Now talking to my bf he just named a couple other experiences: Mi Casa in Acapulco Mexico wonderful food, great margs and an incredible view. I would reccomend it to anyone who is in Acapulco.

The Four Seasons in NYC was also a great dining experience for us.

Oh I love eating out!

I guess I don't have to tell you WHY it was memorable.
That would NOT be the answer if the question was about the most pleasant dining out experience though...

I had dinner with 2 members of the rock band Antigone Rising. They traveled many miles to eat with me close to my home because I won the dinner at an auction. 5 days later I had triple bypass surgery. But that was the best dinner I had in years.

My birthday last year we went to a japanese steak house where they cook the food right in front of you. It was just great cause I had never been to one before and our cook was quite the entertainer. It was so much fun and the food was awesome
