If you download itunes to your laptop, and authorize your account to be used on both computers you should be able to watch your shows on the laptop.

Plug in you iPod, enable it sync, say definite while it asks in case you're able to make this workstation your new iPod workstation and "your call" iPod would be in sync with that workstation. you're able to make "your call" iPod flow purchases.
