The Packer doctors have discovered that because of all the hits Brett Farve suffered, he no longer can say or understand the concept of retirement. He might be medically retired like Steve Young was.

It would be nice to see him move up a spot in the pass TD record, which is almost guaranteed if he comes back. I had assumed that that was his goal all along, but after seeing him beat the Bears in the season-ending game, I think THAT was his goal. He got very emotional, and I think that he would rather go out on that good note than come back for another disappointing season.

IMO, the Packers should trade their backup QB and their first-round pick for a pick that would get them Brady Quinn, who really resembles Favre. Then, Brett could come back, start enough games to pass the record, and then mentor Quinn for the rest of the season.

No ,he has not announced anything yet but the rumors are flying because of all the emotion he showed that last game. All of us Packer die hards want at least one more year. Go Pack!

No, he's waiting until a few minutes before kickoff of the Super Bowl so that he is once again the center of attention. His ego needs this.
