Typically that is true but it's all relative to the "success". I know of this prostitute who rarely laughs. In fact, she only laughs when it's little... coining the phrase "little laughter" I suppose. But she would consider herself a huge success.
Exceptions to every rule, I guess.

yes. you have to laugh or you will go crazy and morale will be in the toilet. its like that at my job, my boss is all work, he doesn't want us to talk about anything except work. we don't listen to him. you have to talk about other things or it drives you nutty. PS-the office isn't doing to well, financially.
