Even I have Bachelor of Arts in Photography of London and enrolled as an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain ,also Awarded Associate of the Photographic Society of New York,but wasn't at the aged of 60,only aged 45,why couldn't I have the right to find a job?

If you're over 40, u cannot compete on $$. U need to compete on skill & experience. Fresh grads wants to learn & get exposure hence they are willing to work for less. If u are good, then go for jobs which look for experience.

You might want to brush up on you English and Grammar. If your resume resembles the sentence structure of your question above, you don't stand a chance.

This is a employers' market. They have the choices of many candidates. And most important, fresh graduate are so much "cheaper".

Younger people are easier to train and will work for less money. Perhaps you are over qualified.
