When I click on Internet Explorer this message keeps popping up:
Web PAge Unavailable while offline. The Web page you requested in not available offline. To view this page click OK. It has Connect and stay offline to click on.

In Interenet Explorer click FILE and make sure WORK OFF-LINE is unchecked.
Next, make sure your homepage is set to were u want it. Click on TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS. Under the first tab type "http://www.yahoo.com" to make yahoo the page that starts when you open your browser. Sometimes hijack and spyware can change that to some other garbage.
Next, run a good spyware program like Ad Aware or Spybot.

make your web page available offline, like go to file>>>work offline

ether the web page is being updated or the web page browser is currently down.it will go away soon.
