I am a US greencard holder. Do I need a tourist visa for los cabos, mexico??

Everyone needs a tourist visa to visit Mexico unless they are a Mexican. The visa is good for a total of 180 days.

try calling the us state department on their "8oo" toll free line about the recent change of regulations in visiting mexico. you may need a passport to reenter the us again. or call the local passport office for advice. be certain before you go and have all your necessary papers and documents together ahead of time.

yeah. unless mexico became an US territory lately (i actually think it is the opposite, by the way).

why would you think your US papers would allow you to enter other countries?

By the way you need a passport too
