I have missed by period for 3 days but I received a negative hpt result.?

I just want to know if I could really be pregnant, this is our first time month of trying. I was supposed to get my period of the 25th, which i'm always on time, i have no sypmtoms, just one time i got dizzy for a few seconds, also my lower right abdomen has been hurting, my lower back right side and by my tail bone kinda hurts too, are these early pregnancy symptoms. I am going to the doctors for a blood test tomorrow. Any ideas??

yes you could be pregnant even though you had a hpt that should negitive depends on when you took test ? early moring ? and you could be only a few days along and the test didnt pick it up

Stress can work in funny ways on the body and that may be why you have missed your period for 3 days. You are sooo concerned about not wanting to get pregnant. Calm down. We all have missed a period here and there for one reason or another. It's just a part of the FEMALE life. Sometimes the doctor doesnt even know what's going go with our unique bodies. Not everything is in their medical books. So dont be bewildered if your trip to the doc yields no fruits. Your back and stomach pain may be stress related, too. If the doc founds your urine and blood tests are good, chop your late period up as STRESS and be glad that you're not pregnant and you're not sick. It isnt strange to be a week or more late for some women. Get to know your body and treat it with care.

That cant ce confirm yet unless you go for a bood test. natural symtoms only can be seen only after two weeks an above. your period could always be on time but this could also be your first time getting it late..

u have 2 go by the last day u tried. and ya last period. takes at least 2wks
