The Belgariad is a five-book fantasy epic written by David Eddings. Another five-book series, The Malloreon, is the sequel to the Belgariad.
Totally entertaining, great characters, setting and plot.

SB Family Life says, "The very descriptive writing evokes many emotions and requires a continuous page turning by the reader. Altogether a fun read for both children and adults."

I accept as true with the poster above. The Inheritance sequence is a sturdy commence. It has enormous battles too. once you're searching for basically any delusion, i might want to say the Twilight sequence by potential of Stephenie Meyer. It has vampires and werewolves and 2 battles, all jumbled mutually with a romantic plot line. no longer quite tacky, somewhat delicate perchance... yet certainly no longer extreme. also... there is Harry Potter! Lol. i understand its so cliched, you likely do not even wanna imagine about it. yet in case you have not study it yet, try it. this is extremely darn sturdy. All seven of the books are out - there are a good number of magical creatures in it with the important personality being a wizard with astonishing magical powers. enormous battles in each e book too. certainly very interesting. supply it a shot! satisfied interpreting!

Riftwar Series by Raymond Feist can be great help to you. They've been renowned as one of the best series in Fantasy Genre. Great plot, great characters and lots of books, if you want to read. And the best thing is - you can stop reading after 1 series (there are several, all of them are 3-4 books) and you will feel that the story line is finished. But you will surely want more, I can assure you.

The Sword of Shannara by Terry Brooks is very good, an epic quest, similar to the Lord of the Rings.
