Extremely dangerous cowards. Stay away, get rid of them, confront them, whatever... Don't hope for much improvement, though, because it's like an addiction to them. A compulsive liar is capable of practically any other evil, too.
Liars a cowards because they can't face the truth, in fact they hate it because it makes them feel weak. This is important to know because it shows you what their friendliness and humility are worth. They don't know who they are anymore because the main skill for a liar is to at least temporarily believe his own lies. They pile stories upon stories upon justifications and so they have no honor or self-worth to protect. This self-worth, however, is what makes people good.

You mean bull sheeters, blow hards, whatever, braggarts, ignore them. When you are work, you behave in a professional manner, no matter what kind of work you do. That means, you are polite and civil to your fellow employees at all times, you say good morning and good evening and don't walk around with an attitude regardless of how ridiculous some people are. Come to work on time, take your allotted break and lunch time and don't leave before the end of your shift. Do exactly what and when your boss requests you to do and follow the work rules. Don't talk loud, waste time, gab on personal calls or use the computer excessively to surf the web. If you can, do extra things that the boss/supervisor asks you to do. It's not a personality contest with your fellow employees. Do your work, go home, and start the drill over the next work day and don't let nonsense eat at you because it will eat you up. Good luck. Rise above the crap.

Liars make more lies to cover there lies. Use there own words against them. Respond by saying you said "this & that" on "Date & time" because I wrote it down after you said it in my reminder book. Do you want to see it.... you lieing bastard. Perhaps not the last part of the sentence. The other solution is try to avoid them and not be part of there game. A lot of cell phone can record & video, but you are above playing games. Don't let it bother you.... when you go home... let work stay back at work.

Take minutes.
Send a follow up email with the outline of what was discussed and detail the actions that were decided on with the name of the individuals responsible for each .Ask if you are accurate in your minutes and ask for clarification by email if they disagree.
Respond to all with history showing in each email to show the chain.
Each issue has a background a description and a proposed solution or the group or person responsible for following up.
Stay extremely PC and positive no little digs so they can not latch on to anything negative and torpedo your efforts. Remember your aim is to get stuff accomplished not to catch them in a lie.
Going negative will backfire on you.

Compulsive liars are everywhere ! people are always trying to make themselves look better, have cooler friends, a better job, they've been everywhere, know everyone.......
You know/ this problem is magnified by our cultural standards....No body is allowed to be themselves...it's about the bling, money, car, supposed sex, all of that...

EVERYONE IS FRONTIN IN SOME WAY..AND IF YOU SAY NOT ME , I'VE PROVED MY POINT !

seem to believe everything they say when they say it, then forget it the moment the conversation is over. also, try to avoid situations where you have to conversation about anything other than work. remain polite because it doesn't pay to call them out.

i worked with a girl who always lied. the last lie she told was about the size clothing she wore. so i brought her a jacket in that particular size and had her try it on in front of another girl. it was most embarassing for her. it was like santa trying to get ken's jacket up one arm. at least that's one lie she stopped telling.

Do your job and go home. Dont get wrapped up in this nonsense or you will be losing your respect for work or leaving your job period. I cant stand the fact that I spend most of my time at work and being engulfed into the asinine crap that goes in there as well. It makes life harder to give more of yourself to the job, but just focus on your job and go home, and dont involve urself with crap after work, or you will be in for it.
