I would say at least 6 months to a year before even thinking about getting serious and being engaged.... your heart will tell you and let you know when the time is right... Just make sure you are an adult before becoming engaged as well.

Time has no meaning, it depends on if you both have reached a point where you're no longer curious about others and are willing to be exclusive in a permanent sense. That you're willing to overlook the others short comings , deciding you can live with it.

When living is lonely when he or she is not there. When your friends have dropped down a notch under your partner.

If all of these things are true, then it's time for an engagement long enough to prove them true.

Good luck

It's easier to break off an engagement than it is to break off a marriage. Wait at least a year before getting engaged. And at least 3 or more years before getting married. If you have to ask don't do it.

When you've known him long enough to know what kind of a person he is, to have the opportunity to see him interact with others, how he is when he gets mad, if he's there for you in time of a crisis, etc. When you know you truly know him and love him. At least a year, I'd say.

it depends on how you feel about the person and if you love them enough to take on marriage which is a big change. If you think to yourself what is we have problems? and the anwer is get a divorce then don't get married marriage is never suppose to end in divorce, just death. I only knew my husband for 4months when we got married and iam still sure we have made the right decision.

With every question that you have about your Relationship. I'm asking everyone to bring it back to where it's suppose to be. back to The heart. Your Heart knows, all of your answers. We can't tell you. It's up to your heart, and His too. Listen, and follow what it tells you. You're a Winner, if you do. Congratulations!

There is no timeframe. If you have to ask, then it isn't the right time yet. When it is the right time, you won't care about anybody else's opinion. And that's the truth !
