Seriously, what the heck is that show about? I always see the preview and I am like wtf. Wasnt the beginning of the show just about people that got trapped on an island after their plane crashed? Now there is these doctors and buildings and all that. What is up with it? Please explain to me what this show is about? Thanks.

I think the people that crashed on the island have died and they're in hell. It's very strange. Did you see when they found the underground bunker? Had to keep typing in a code into a computer or else the world would end. And Hurley, the big guy, there was something about a bunch of numbers that kept popping up in the show for awhile, I never did find out what that was about. Now the people from the other side of the island are messing with the survivors. That's where the buildings and "doctors" show up. seriously, these people are in hell or the stewardess spiked their drinks with some way strong acid. Very strange show.
