I take a large bowl and I put water in it and then add a good size splash of orange scented PineSol (yeah the kind you use on floors..lol)... and I then microwave it and let it boil for a few.. then I leave it sit inside for a minute to cool down.. Make sure you use potholders because the bowl will be very very hot.... then I dip a rag in the water mixture and just wipe the goo out of the microwave... It's easy to do, I've done it this way since Easy Off quit making the microwave wipes in the pouch... man i miss those things..

I fill a big glass bowl (microwavable safe dish) with water, and add some cascade to the water. I then put the microwave on for about 12 minutes, the steam from the water/cascade makes everything in the microwave easy to wipe down.
(It also gets the kitchen smelling nice and clean too).

Put a cup of water sin the microwave with a splash of lemon juice in it until the water boils, then just wipe it out. The steam loosens up the food and the lemon juice leaves it smelling fresh.
