I need help as i want to make a webpage. Pls. share me some easy steps. I'm not an advanced internet user.

There almost too many answers to this question. Yes you could play around with MS Word or Publisher (they both have simple web page wizards) or get some real website creation software. One of the best and easiest to use is XSitePro, the only downside is that is costs about $200.

You can either learn to write the code; start with HTML, or use a tool to make it for you. Frontpage will build pages, but so will a "Save As" option of MS Word.

the best and user friendly webpage maker in my opinion is microsoft frontpage

No, I do not know how to make a webpage. I do know how to make a pager page, though. You just dial up the pager, put in your number, and wait for the beep..., BEEP!!
