I have an MPA in General Administration and am ATS-W certified along with completing the workshops required by the state of NY...just one problem...not able to find a job in the Education field. What should I do to capture the attention of schools needing teachers?

You usually need a degree in education to get a job as a teacher.

However, you could look up school districts in the area that you are interested in teaching and call them to see if they are hiring for substitutes...many teachers get started as long-term subs.

You may try to go as a volunteer to some country teaching your own language as volunteers are needed. You may surely find job in Russia contacting some educational center.
