He is 14 years old and he is a 3rd year high school graduate in the Philippines. He'll be coming to the US in March of this year on an immigrant visa.

Go directly to the board of education offices student services department of the school district you are living in. Ask your neighbors where it is . Walk right in. Maybe get someone who lives in your area to go with you. Anyway, once you are there tell them why and they will Tell you how to enroll and what school he will be going to. Make sure you have all his school records from the Philippines with you when you go. Also have medical records, passport, and birth certificates along with proof that he is your child.
Again once you go to the office they will guide you as to what you are to do.
